When and how Contact will re-emerge and evolve will be determined by those who become involved.
The North America Regional Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC) held its 14th Annual Working Committee meeting in Madison, Winsconsin. Representatives from seven regions – San Francisco, Seattle, Minnesota, Toronto, Capital Area, Wisconsin and New York/New Jersey joined the Madison Tibetan community members for the two-day meeting. “It is time to develop new ideas and strategies”, said the TYC president.
