When and how Contact will re-emerge and evolve will be determined by those who become involved.
On this day of worldwide celebrations of His Holiness’s 80th birthday, the Kashag, or Cabinet, of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile, has made a statement on behalf of Tibetans inside and outside Tibet. The statement expresses deep reverence to His Holiness and prays for his long life, and reaffirms Tibetans’ unwavering loyalty and devotion to him. It pays tribute to him as “rare and esteemed leader”.
