Tibetans Go Back

July 20, 2018;

The Students’ United Movement of All Arunachal has been protesting and calling on its state government for the immediate rollback of the Tibetan Rehabilitation Policy (TRP), 2014. They demanded Tibetans surrender their trading licenses and deported them to demarcated camps. The group marched the streets with Anti Tibetan Refugee Movement banners. TRP was formalised by the Central government in 2014 and Arunachal Pradesh implemented the Central’s policy in August 2017.
