When and how Contact will re-emerge and evolve will be determined by those who become involved.
The budget session for the financial year 2017 – 2018 of the Tibetan Parliament-in-exile has begun, it is the 3rd session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament. This session will discuss and approve the budget of the Central Tibetan Administration for the year 2017 – 2018. Delegations of Senators from France, Italy and Canada were present on the first day of the session. The session will conclude on March 25.
